Console → Account → Privacy Settings.
5. Data transfers and storage location
Cookies set by Orena Cloud store data locally on your device. Any server-side
session data associated with your cookies is stored in our ke-nairobi-1 data
centre in Nairobi, Kenya. We do not transfer session data outside Kenya.
Analytics data, where you have consented, is processed in aggregate form and
retained for a maximum of 90 days before anonymisation.
6. Legal basis for processing
Our use of cookies is governed by the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 (DPA 2019)
and, where applicable to users accessing our services from the European Economic
Area, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
